in reply to FediTips has moved! • • •I’ve been using it for around 3 weeks and been having a great time. The home feed is so much cleaner than Instagram, especially without all the ads. Find a bunch of cool people to follow and enjoy!
I can also recommend the Vernissage app if you want a ultra clean feed.

I don't know of any art-themed ones. The pixelfed.art server was supposed to open quite a while ago, no idea why that hasn't happened.
However, there are many general themed servers where you could sign up?

I don't know, but guessing lack of resources/time with whoever was going to moderate it?
