Did you know there are still U.S. states where driver's license numbers are assigned algorithmically based on the licensee's name, birth date, etc., such that it's impossible for the state to change the license number of a victim of identity theft or stalking?
At least #Florida, #Illinois, #Maryland, #Michigan, #NewHampshire, and #Wisconsin do this.
